I received my monthy UIC bill yesterday. Total due = $0.44. Let me say that again... 44 friggin' cents. If I don't pay it, there will be a late fee of $2.00 and an annual percentage rate of 18% charged... How messed up is that? Plus I gotta fork out a, what are we at now, 34 cent stamp to mail this check... The thought of this boggles my mind.
